Speed of Light

I review the evidence for the constancy of the speed of light. I bridge the time from the early days of the Michelson Morley experiment in 1887 - the most famous failed experiment in Physics - to modern times. We could have known earlier: Maxwell's theory predicted it in 1865. It needed the genius of an Albert Einstein to draw the conclusions.
